A small indie studio working on hand-made games. The name comes from kami — paper — because every game starts the same way: a fold, a crease, something taking shape from nothing.
What we believe
Craft over crunch
We ship when it's right, not when the calendar runs out. Tight scopes beat death marches every time.
Mechanics earn the art
The core loop earns the polish. Beautiful art on a dull loop is decoration; sharp mechanics with rough art still play.
Playtest in public
Builds in front of real players, early and often. The build is the spec — opinions held in private rot.
Small worlds, dense detail
A tight six-hour game beats a sixty-hour grindfest. Density of intent is what people remember.
